Important Notes
Eligibility & Details
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may be non-returnable. Refer to individual product pages for specific exclusions.
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for your original purchase. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
