Order on Our Website in 4 Easy Steps
Step 1 – Choose your product
Browse our categories or search for a product. Open the product page to see photos, price and details
Step 2 – Add to cart
Select the colour or quantity if available, then tap “Add to Cart”. You can add more products to the same order.
Step 3 – Checkout
Open your cart and tap “Checkout”. Enter your full name, mobile number, city and complete address (house number, street, area and a nearby landmark).
Step 4 – Confirm your order
Choose Cash on Delivery and tap “Place Order”. You will see an order number on the screen.
What Happens After You Order
- Confirmation call / WhatsApp: we confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep your phone on.
- Dispatch: your parcel is packed, checked and handed to the courier within [24–48 hours].
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Delivery: usually [2–4] working days in major cities and [4–6] in other areas. Pay the rider in cash.
Helpful Tips
- Write your complete address with a landmark so the rider finds you easily.
- Use a mobile number that is active, since we call to confirm every order.
- Unconfirmed orders are not dispatched.
